1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or using any part of the How Long Really platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Definitions

"Company," "we," "us," or "our" Interrobang Technologies LLC, a Michigan limited-liability company.

"User," "you," or "your" Anyone who registers for or accesses the Service.

"Content" All text, numbers, data, comments, code, images, or other material submitted, uploaded, or displayed through the Service.

"TICKets" In-system, non-transferable points issued solely for use within the Service.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. License You Grant to Us

You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify (e.g., normalize or aggregate), publish, and display your Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This license ends when your Content is deleted from our active systems.
5. Public Availability of Free-Tier Data

Data submitted as a free user is made publicly available through our API and website dashboards. We do not sell that data to third-party data brokers or advertisers. We may, however, share or display it publicly, use it in research, or combine it with anonymized datasets.
6. TICKets (In-System Currency)

TICKets have no cash or monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money or property, and are not transferable.

The Company may create, award, deduct, or expire TICKets for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion.

We disclaim all liability for lost, deleted, or misapplied TICKets.

7. Acceptable Use & Data Integrity

You agree not to:

Submit intentionally false, nonsensical, or malicious data ("Bogus Data").

Manipulate results, automate submissions without permission, or otherwise disrupt the Service.

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

Violation—especially submission of Bogus Data—may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without notice.
8. No Warranty; Predictions Not Guaranteed

The Service, statistical outputs, and predictions are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, usefulness, or availability. Use the data at your own risk.
9. Data Longevity & Backups

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee that any Content—including task entries, TICKet records, or aggregated statistics—will be stored or accessible indefinitely. Data may be deleted, corrupted, or lost at any time, with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company (and its owners, officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, reputation, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of this Agreement.
12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 4–13 will survive termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not informally resolved within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Houghton County, Michigan. You waive class-action rights.
14. Modifications to the Agreement or Service

We may revise this Agreement or modify the Service. Material changes will be posted at howlongreally.com/legal and are effective 30 days after posting. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.

Severability If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

No Waiver Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Assignment You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
